Position : Treasury Specialist (Gulf Experience is Mandatory) Industry : Oil & Gas (Mandatory)
???? Minimum Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline• Professional qualification: CFA / CPA / ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CMA• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Treasury or Finance• Strong knowledge of banking systems and processes• Ability to interpret JVAs, Account Agreements & Loan Agreements• Strong financial analysis and accounting knowledge
???? Key Responsibilities:Strong expertise in Financing and Lending Agreements, with the ability to provide technical interpretation. Experience in administration and compliance of Financing Agreements. Ability to engage and coordinate with Lenders, Facility Agents and Shareholders on financing and compliance matters. Strong understanding of loan calculations, repayments and lending covenants. Ensure timely compliance with financial covenants to minimize financial impact, reputational risk and company exposure. Experience in monitoring and managing financing agreement obligations and compliance requirements.
