About the Role The Drilling Supervisor will oversee drilling operations, ensuring efficiency and safety standards are met while managing a team of skilled professionals.
Responsibilities Supervise drilling operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Manage drilling crew and coordinate with other departments. Monitor drilling performance and implement improvements. Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to drilling activities.
Qualifications10-12 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Experience with pile drilling is essential.
Required Skills Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities. In-depth knowledge of drilling operations and equipment.
Preferred Skills Experience with advanced drilling technologies. Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
