About the role As a Project Manager within the Expert Services team, you will lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder engagements that help enterprise customers successfully deploy and scale modern Dev Ops tools across their organizations. You'll work closely with a Regional Engagement Manager and a skilled engineering team, guiding project execution, ensuring alignment, and driving predictable, high-quality outcomes across up to 10 concurrent projects. This is a high-impact role offering significant exposure to leadership, enterprise clients, and complex Dev Ops transformations, with the opportunity to shape processes that improve how the client serves its customers globally.
Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for customer engagements and build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences; manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment on priorities, scope, timelines, and outcomes. Provide regular project updates and executive-level status reporting. Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, and closure; develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Manage multiple concurrent projects (up to 10) while maintaining delivery quality and predictability. Coordinate resources across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, and contractual commitments. Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues; proactively escalate blockers and drive resolution plans. Monitor project health and take corrective action when needed; maintain visibility into project status, risks, decisions, and outstanding actions. Partner closely with engineering teams to support successful project delivery, applying knowledge of software development practices, Agile methodologies, and SDLC. Understand technical dependencies, implementation constraints, and delivery impacts. Support engagements involving Dev Ops practices, platform adoption, and software modernization initiatives. Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders. Take ownership of project outcomes and customer success; operate effectively in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities. Drive clarity and progress in ambiguous situations; demonstrate initiative, accountability, and strong attention to detail. Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and ways of working; focus on delivering business value with a customer-first approach.
Must have skills5+ years of project management experience in the IT or software development domain. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Familiarity with modern Dev Ops practices and tooling. Proven experience leading or collaborating closely with software engineering teams. Ability to manage up to 10 concurrent projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills across technical, business, and product contexts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders. Interest in developer experience, open source, and modern software delivery practices.
Conditions100% Remote — primary timezone UTC-1; EMEA region preferred (UTC-1 to UTC+3). Contractor role — 12-month contract, renewable. Full-time dedication (40 hours/week). No specific device requirements mentioned (BYOD not required).
