Role Description The Technical Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region. The person in this role will oversee technical documentation, coordinate engineering deliverables, and ensure that project designs, drawings, and specifications are accurately prepared and maintained. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, aligning resources, and collaborating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to support smooth project execution. The Technical Office Manager will review and approve technical drawings, track budgets, prepare reports, and support decision-making with data-driven insights. The role also involves monitoring compliance with relevant standards, conducting technical research, and continuously improving processes within the technical office.
Qualifications
Ability to work with Technical Drawing and related documentation tools to prepare, review, and update engineering drawings and specifications. Strong Budgeting skills to plan, monitor, and control project financials and resource allocation. Proficiency in Project Management to coordinate schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder communication. Background in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline to understand technical requirements and solutions. Research skills to gather technical information, evaluate options, and support data-driven decisions. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience in technical office or engineering project coordination, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or similar industries. Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities with attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and adapt to changing project needs.
