OPENING FOR A WELL KNOWN OIL & GAS COMPANY In Middle East:Position: Treasury Specialist Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or a related finance function.
Minimum Requirement:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CMA is required. Minimum 7 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or a related finance function. Strong knowledge of treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, banking systems, and investment management. Experience managing financing agreements, loan covenants, and lender compliance. Ability to interpret financing, shareholder, and banking agreements. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
