<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Support management in developing designated stakeholder Business Plans and Program Cards in line with group strategic priorities.</li>

<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Align Business Plans and Program Cards with defined group strategic ambitions.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Assist in managing designated stakeholders involved in the Group strategic planning process, ensuring strategic programs are completed within timelines.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Inspect designated stakeholders regarding strategic planning and the implications of change requests impacting Business Plans and strategic program cards.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Ensure the delivery of Business Plans and strategic programs according to the approved plan by the Strategy Planning cycle.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Provide designated stakeholders with necessary business plan and program card templates.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Report any identified bottlenecks or gaps in the strategy planning cycle promptly to the Strategy Planning Excellence department.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Contribute to the annual strategy planning cycle retrospective session.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Ensure financial alignment with the Business Finance team throughout the cycle.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Support strategy planning stakeholder engagement.</li>
