The role involves applying investment expertise to design real-world financial scenarios, create reference solutions, and evaluate AI-generated outputs used to improve next-generation AI systems. Ideal Candidates• 5+ years of experience in wealth management, asset management, private banking, or investment advisory.• Experience managing high-net-worth client portfolios or institutional investment mandates.• Strong knowledge of portfolio construction, asset allocation, risk management, and fiduciary standards.• Familiarity with investment platforms such as Bloomberg, Aladdin, Morningstar Direct, or similar tools.• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.• CFA, CFP, or related credentials are a plus. Key Responsibilities• Develop wealth and asset management scenarios reflecting real-world investment and advisory situations.• Create reference portfolio strategies, investment policy statements, and client-facing recommendations.• Evaluate AI-generated investment analyses, portfolio decisions, and advisory outputs.• Design grading rubrics that measure professional-level investment judgment and reasoning.• Apply portfolio management, risk analysis, and regulatory best practices to AI evaluation tasks.• Collaborate with project teams to maintain accuracy and consistency across deliverables.
