Preferred Experience:✅ Potable Water /Transmission Pipeline Projects✅ Water Supply & Distribution Networks
???? KEY REQUIREMENT:Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or related field. Relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in potable water pipeline / water infrastructure projects. Strong experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off and site measurements. Experience in pipeline excavation, bedding, pipe laying, backfilling, compaction and road reinstatement quantities. Experience with water pipelines, valves, chambers, fittings and associated infrastructure works. Hands-on experience in RA Bills / Interim Payment Applications, subcontractor billing and quantity verification. Strong knowledge of variations, rate analysis, claims and final accounts. Ability to coordinate with Site Engineers, Construction Manager, Planning and QA/QC teams for progress and quantity verification. Oman / NAMA Water Services project experience will be highly preferred.
